Provisioning

We want to support OR conditions on a single field. For example, allow department A, B, or C as a condition in report entries of Rule mining. Currently, we support only AND conditions, such as Department A and Title A. With this feature, we could have Department A, B, or C and Title A. This should reduce the number of Business Rules by enabling more combined conditions, improving the maintainability of Business Rules.

Currently we have no overview off all entitlements and in which business rules they are configured. This means if you want to replace an entitlement with another one you’ll have to export the business rules and search within Excel or another application for the entitlement. Check which business rules the entitlement belongs to and go to those business rules and replace the entitlement. This is a lot of work and ideally you should be able to do this in HelloID without an export or use of other tools. Therefore we would like to have an overview off all entitlements and which business rules it is configured in and the person which has that entitlement. In this overview we will also show if the entitlement still exist in the target system.

Right now a user needs admin access to HelloID and gets full access to the Provisioning console. We would like to be able to grant someone only access to persons and/or business rules only.

We would like to have the option to create a notification when someone is added to or removed from a business rule.

We introduce filtering capabilities like reconciliation, enabling filtering by specific person attributes, especially from rule mining calculations. Filters for system, permission type, and permission will also be available. The general search field supports searching by permission name, condition values, and persons. We consider performance during development, so specifications may change.

As a user, I want to export all report information to an Excel file to conduct my own research without the search limitations in the rule mining report. Creating Business Rules should be done directly in the report or manually if I find something in the export.

As a user, I want to select a report entry and create a business rule for it, so that I can iteratively define rules based on assigned entitlements and conditions within the report. This user story excludes adding the condition/entitlements to current configured business rules or any logic to make this smart. Report Entry Selection The user can select a specific report entry to base a new business rule on. With this we support iterative rule creation from top to bottom of the report. Business Rule Options Name: The rule must have a name. A generated default value is provided, but the user can edit it. The default generated value is based on the condition label. Tags: The user can assign tags to categorize or group the rule. Condition: - If the report entry has multiple condition sets, the user can select one.(Only one can be selected) - If only one condition exists, it is displayed as read-only. - Suggested condition is the predefined when multiple sets are available. Entitlements By default, all entitlements linked to the report entry are selected. For each entitlement, the percentage of exceptions is displayed (same as in the report details). The user can unselect specific entitlements to exclude them from the rule. If an entitlement is unselected, it may reappear in future reports if not all entitlements are assigned to the person. Rule Creation Once the user finalizes the settings, a new business rule is created with the chosen configuration

We hebben een behoorlijk aantal Business Rules, maar we willen binnenkort het lokale AD uitfaseren. Het zou ideaal zijn als er een filter beschikbaar zou zijn waarmee we kunnen zien welke systemen in een Business Rule zijn opgenomen.

Sometimes it is useful to manually sort a grid view by another column (such as locked or locked time).

In the Entitlements overview the width of the columns can be adjusted. However, the page refreshes automatically every few seconds and afterwards the width is in the original size. Could this be changes so column width does not reset on refresh?
