Expand Reporting capabilities
Reporting needs to be more robust so an administrator can understand how HelloID is being used. Login Activity by Security Role Provides a details report of who has logged in by selected security roles API Activity Shows a list of actions committed to the API. Application Usage (Need Improvement) Total Usage Period of Time Usage Filter by Group (w/ Nesting), User, Security Role, Application Timeline showing the usage day, month, week, month, year Client, IP, MFA Total Launches Total Enrollments Self Service Product Usage Report showing the total number of requests, approvals, denys, etc... Shows current assignments QR Code Enrollment and Usage Notifications Report (Improve) Detailed information about views on notifications to measure effectiveness License usage report A historical report of the license usage for the instance Automation report General report show the automation task usage Task Usage report General report show the tasks used Audit Log Direct view into audit logs, making them exportable
Admin log files
In HelloID there is no availability of log files/audit files for changes a admin made in the system. In case there are more than one admin this is useful but specially for audits this is a need to have log files.
Comment for Support Accounts
I would like to have an optional comment field for the HelloID support user request which should also be included in the mail to the customer. That way you can reference a ticket number within your Support User request
Agent status polling
Once in a while we get a notification from HelloID stating the following: HelloID Incident: Agent '<Server Name>' is down Since we are not able to look at it right away it might sometimes takes up to an hour to check the agent manually and we always see that the agent is up and running. T4E has stated that the polling for agent status is 5 mins. When the agent has not responded in 5 minutes an incident will be created. My request is: Can we set this polling time higher or lower in the feature?
HelloID security - ability to have read-only
When the security rights are limited. The ability to read a product, person or application for example isn't possible. We are requesting the functionality to make a readable security settings. This allows to provide access to audit teams management teams helpdesk teams
Changing the number of licenses must now be done via email@example.com . It would be a good addition if this could be done through the HelloID portal including digital signing.
Mobile app sop clearing login
With 2FA enabled, I have to login to the app, then swap to my 2FA app to get the code and when I switch back, my login is cleared and sent back to the login screen. The problem is I now have to get the 2FA code from my app, then switch to the HelloID app, login quick and remember the 2FA code before it expires. I don't even know what the app does b/c I have yet to be able to login!
Configurable Administrator e-mailaddress for notifications
At this time it is not possible to change the e-mail address for receiving notifications for expiring certificates and support account requests. Initially this is set by Tools4ever during creation of the HelloID tenant. Would be nice to be able to change this afterwards through the GUI, just like it is possible to enter the servicedesk email address in Settings/Company.
Use Let's Encrypt for Custom Domains
Change the custom domain configuration for HelloID to use Let's Encrypt with auto-renewal instead of requesting a certificate from the administrator. This ensures no certificate is forgotten about.
