Make better use higher resolution screens in admin portal
We have widescreen monitors with higher resolution. It would be nice if the admin portal where more responsive and would make better use of the available screen real-estate. Currently there are large area's of empty space while the relevant information is squished in a small box. For instance the application overview. See attached screenshot.

Mail variable Differences to omzetten naar ->
Het reslutaat van variable Differences bij het wijzigen van bv displayname is: DisplayName [Name first] to [New Name] In nederlandse tekst is dat niet duidelijk. Een -> met extra spatie voor en achter de -> zal het duidelijker maken.

Create provisioning business rules using service automation
I would be nice if it would be possible to be able to create a delegated form that a customer can create it's own business rules in provisioning

Scehduled tasks
We would like to run a scheduled task every 26 weeks (twice a year). I can only select a minute interval, hourly, daily, weekly or on specific days. There's no option to shedule a Automation Task every x minutes, hours, days, weeks or months.

Add DKIM 2K key support to Mailjet email system
At this moment Mailjet provides a 1K key for DKIM; the current standard is 2K.

Add the possibility to add subdomain to Mail domain
To be able to separate all external parties which are abe to send e-mails through our mail domain it would be a good practice to be able to add a subdomain to the HelloID mailingsystem.

HelloID security - ability to have read-only
When the security rights are limited. The ability to read a product, person or application for example isn't possible. We are requesting the functionality to make a readable security settings. This allows to provide access to audit teams management teams helpdesk teams

Improve incident agent down
I would like to read what agent type is down in the notification. Currently the messages are all different, but it is unclear if it is about the SA agent or the provisioning agent.

Add a unique ID to incident mails, both new and resolved
Adding an ID enables PSA ticketing applications to automatically close tickets.

Improved logging on roles management
I would like to see improved logging on role assignment and changes in roles (who, when, what) within HelloID from an auditing perspective.
