When the security rights are limited. The ability to read a product, person or application for example isn't possible. We are requesting the functionality to make a readable security settings.

This allows to provide access to audit teams
management teams
helpdesk teams

Same here, saves us a lot of calls and searches when the account or service is disabled due to provisioning. An alternative can be View on certain attributes in the person tab using Service Automation. Does anyone have that?

This functionality also makes sense for Control.

Checking a sample through the application is much more convenient.
