Search a person with accents

I would like to be able to find a person like André, Amélie, Trönte or last names like çelik or Nuñes When I type this into the search field without the accents or symbols, I want to be able to find the ones with them. Right now if I type Rene, I only find half of the people who carry that name, but the other half with é do not pop up. Please fix this. Thanks!

- How often do you encounter this issue when searching for names with accents?
- Are there specific languages or regions where this issue is more prevalent for your organization?
- Would you like the search feature to suggest names with accents when typing without them, or should it automatically include them in the search results?

- This issue occurs everytime I use the search bar, which is several times daily.
- This is a global issue, seems like the functionality is non existant
- I would like it to show both with and without accents when searching. I don't want to oversee people, because of accent discrepancies.
In our company, not always it is clear wether a name uses accents or not, since we often get e-mail addresses for reference. In these e-mail addresses, accents are not included.
