Service Automation product assignments create unmanaged permissions in reconsiliation report

In the reconsiliation report of the governance module only entitlements created by the provisioning module are seen as valid permission. Assignments created by the Service Automation should also be incorporated in the reconsiliation report to give an accurate report and find discrepancies.

Unmanaged permissions is impossible to manage as we provide rights via service automation and forms next to provisioning.
Rights provided via service automation have gone through a proper approval flow and should be cleaned from the view.
Key of this report imho is that rights provided via alternative ways (outside Hello-iD) are being detected and that proper action can be taken.
Currently it is impossible (or via massive manual workload) to indentify these cases.

This would really help in selling the governance module to my stakeholders. For now to my understanding the reconsiliation report gives you an incomplete view on entitlements.
