"Remove ownership on user disable" doesn't work when the user is deleted

In some environments, like ours, users don't go through the normal active -> disabled -> deleted lifecycle. We just remove users from HelloID SA after their last day (technically, HelloID provisioning removes a group membership and this causes their SA profile to be removed from LDAP synchronization).
It seems that user deletion doesn't cause their products to be returned. As deleted is the next step after disabled, I think it really should.

Eemil Apologies for the delayed response. Deleting a user is indeed a completely different action than disabling a user. There are several possible scenarios within HelloID to return the products, but this strongly depends on your HelloID configuration. For example, there is a difference between soft and hard deleted users: https://docs.helloid.com/en/access-management/users/deleted-users.html
. Soft-deleted users retain their product assignments, while hard-deleted users lose them. Other solutions may also be possible depending on your HelloID setup and desired outcome. Please contact our Tools4ever support team so we can further investigate the available options.
