Powershell 7 support for datasources and delegatedform powershell tasks

Since Windows Powershell 5.1 doens't get any feature updates anymore, and Powershell 7 has some notable performance improvements it would be nice to specify the powershell version with which we want to run datasource and delegated form scripts with.
Also the helloid cloud agent only supports powershell 7, so it makes sense to also support this on a locally installed system.

Sebastiaan Lamers: At this moment we are working on several Agent and platform items in the background which we need to implement first. Therefore I can not give you an update about the planning. I will update this item and the roadmap as soon as we can.

We have scoped this feature to support one PS version per HelloID SA Agent. If multiple PS Versions are required; you will need to install multiple HelloID SA Agent and configure different HelloID Agent Pools
