Today, the Managed Users overview can be opened directly for a specific user via a unique URL. However, this requires the HelloID userID. In many integration scenarios with external software packages, the HelloID userID is not available, only the username is known.

To make integrations easier and more flexible, we want to support opening the Managed Users Overview based on the username, in addition to the existing HelloID userID option.
