If something goes wrong with a delegated form, we correctly receive a ticket in TopDesk (via email). However, is it possible to include the form submission logging in the email as well, so we don’t have to search for the error in the HelloID Admin Portal first?
At the moment, we receive an email like this, for example:
A new incident was created
An incident was created on the Gemeente Sittard-Geleen portal.
