As part of the Advanced approval step milestone, we are making several backend optimizations to our services and processes. These improvements lay the technical foundation for advanced approval scenarios and directly result in a faster and more reliable inbox experience for end users.
Specifications
  • Faster loading times for the inbox and its tabs, especially in environments with a high number of product requests
  • The Pending and Completed tabs will show results based on the actual and potential approvers during the lifecycle of a product request, instead of relying on a live calculation at the moment the inbox is opened
This ensures better performance, improved scalability, and more accurate inbox information as approval flows become more advanced.
