The general-incidents index only contains info on SA tasks that failed, not tasks that succeeded (unlike entitlement actions that do contain records on succeeded or failed attempts). It would be nice to add more info on SA task results, to be able to query this info for generating health reports on the environment.

Mike van Eck Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, within Service Automation we still have two types of tasks (older tasks via the Directory Agent and newer tasks via the Service Automation Agent). In order to make efficient use of our development capacity, we will first migrate all task functionalities to the new infrastructure before taking the requested additional information into consideration. This migration will take a considerable amount of time to complete. I will update this ticket when we have new information about your request.
