Enhancing product return process with comment functionality

When we request a product in Service Automation, we have the option to add a comment. However, when returning a product, it is not possible to leave a comment. In our environment, the IT department manages the products, so it would be useful to include a comment explaining why a product is being returned.

Jeroen ten Broek Thank you for your feedback. Could you clarify from which screen the IT department manages and returns the products? At the moment, it is indeed not possible to add a comment when returning a product from the end-user interface. However, this functionality is available from the Admin view via the Administration page.

Michiel van der Veeken The IT Department is using ServiceAutomation from the end-user interface. Only the ADMINS can access the 'Back end'.
