With release 2026.11, the legacy Delegated Form Automation Tasks that run on the Directory Agent will reach end of life and will no longer be supported or executed.

Since the introduction of the local Service Automation Agent for Delegated Forms in early 2022, creating new Delegated Forms with these legacy Automation Tasks has already been discontinued. In this release, existing Delegated Forms using an Automation Task will be migrated to the new Delegated Form tasks running on the local Service Automation Agent.

To ensure a smooth transition, make sure your local Service Automation Agent is installed, running, and configured with a service account that has the required permissions.

This change simplifies the platform by reducing the number of supported task types, lowering overall complexity, and allowing us to focus on delivering new features and improvements.
