Within our use case, we are facilitating multiple people (12) with the ability to approve a HelloId access request for one specific application. The application owner would still handle the day-to-day approvals (first line approver), while the other approvers would only be involved on request (second line approvers). Main reasons for this: removal of one person being the single point of failure and secondly enable outside office hours support.
On involvement of the additional approvers, we learned that all approvers receive notifications in their email inbox, which off course is considered as spamming unnecessarily. Therefore we request HelloId to be extended with the ability to customize the notifications per approver or group of approvers. Basically, we'd like to turn them off for second line approvers.
