As a HelloID administrator, I want to control which built-in system variables and user-defined variables are available during an Advanced approval step, instead of having access to all variables by default. This gives me more control when configuring approval logic.
As this is an initial, non-final version, the functionality will be released behind a feature flag.
Specifications
  • A clear distinction between built-in system variables and user-defined variables
  • By default no variables are selected, ensuring explicit configuration
