This feature will introduce the first featureset to approve and deny actions in the Recertification Request Overview, allowing the logged-in user to directly approve or deny the presented recertification requests.

Out of scope for this user story

This feature will provide basic approval functionality with some limitations. To manage this, we will implement a feature flag until a minimally functional set of capabilities is fully released. This approach ensures proper handling of recertification requests, including multiple assignments, conflicting products, and administrative override functionality.
