Assign delegation as administrator

It happens regularly that managers forget to assign a delegation when they are on holiday. It would be helpful if the administrator had rights to do this for a manager.

In the current situation, the delegation of approval for Service Automation requests is set on the users end. 
What I would like to propose is adding an option that allows administrators to select or change the delegation of approval responsibilities on a specific user. 
This would enable administrators to assign approval tasks to another user if the current approver is unavailable.
