Currently, the recertification details report provides a comprehensive view, but its filtering options are restricted to user or product search. It would greatly enhance usability to incorporate additional filters. These new filters should include options for product categories, user departments, job titles, and recertification reasons. This expansion would significantly improve the report's utility by allowing users to refine their insights based on a wider range of criteria.
