Add Delegated Form history / results for end-users

The user experience for Delegated Forms is not great:
- Take your time filling in a form
- Click submit
- ???
How do I know what has happened after clicking submit? Lets say I requested to create a new AD Group. Was that successful? Did I type in the name correctly? No way to check.
We don't use delegated form tasks for this reason, these days we either:
- Use multi-step forms, with work being done mid-form and results shown in the last step.
- Use self-service products with a form.
