Currently we are creating a chat bot to our users and we would like to implement it to HelloID, our main support tool, but it's not possible.

Hellen Braun Thank you for your feature request. We do not allow customers to make changes to the HelloID webpages or load any external content into HelloID. This is mainly for security reasons, but also we can not guarantee HelloID is working correctly when dealing with external scripting.

Michiel van der Veeken: thanks for your reply. I understand the concern behind, in the other hand, we have HelloID as our main portal for our users and Chat Bot is a known IT feature now a days.
For us, it does not make any sense to implement a chat bot in other applications if we can't do it to our main one.
In my opinion, it woud be great if we could at least discuss the option.
