Erika Eling-Farr Thanks for the feedback. So in your case you need a single email at end of the week for all employees that are starting the next week. So that you can prepare the laptops and other devices for those employees. Do I get this right?

Rick van den Dijssel: That's correct. That would be very nice. Maybe not on friday for the new ones on monday, but min. a week in advanced. Even better when we could change that manually. Say normally 10 days ahead but like in december with all the holidays 15 days...

Erika Eling-Farr: Is it acceptable to send a email/register a ticket in servicedesk system a week before a employee starts and per employee? As example if the employee starts on monday it could be a little late to send the email on friday.
