More than once it happens that a new set of business rules take over the functionality of existing rules. In that case it would be nice to have the possibility to disable, or 'unpublish' a business rule. In that case using the evaluation option you can evaluate if the impact on removing the business rule leads to the expected granted entitlements (based on the new set of business rules) without deleting the rule just yet. Currently we solve this by adding a fictive condition to a rule which results in placing 0 persons in scope, before running the evaluation. It would be nicer to be able to 'Unpublish' a rule (just like you are able to publish a draft).
