Snapshots and audit for changes made to person Exclusions

Could there be a way to have snapshots of Person Exclusions, in the same way as there is a snapshot for imports from source systems. Also for an audit on what changes, such as additions/removals with a log of who added/removed the user.

What specific information would you like to see in the snapshots of Person Exclusions?
How frequently do you need the audit logs to be updated or reviewed?
Who in your organization would need access to these snapshots and audit logs?

Happy to provide feedback. My answers are below:

specific information I think would be useful would be, who (as in the person) was added/removed, who (as in the admin) added/removed them, date and time of when it occurred.
Ideally, updated as soon as a person is added/removed.
I think this should be restricted to the administrators group.
