When a HelloID tenant is live, testing or troubleshooting gets more difficult. Sometimes you need to enforce business rules but you don't want to trigger the full enforcement as that also contains the valid lifecycles. I would like to do a partial enforcement to make sure I only "interfere" with selected business rules as part of troubleshooting. Since HelloID Prov is stateful we need tools to "correct" the state in case of issues.
