As a user, I want to export all report information to an Excel file to conduct my own research without the search limitations in the rule mining report. Creating Business Rules should be done directly in the report or manually if I find something in the export.

This would be a very useful function. Especially if it allows us to provide reporting to stakeholders while Role Based Admin Access Controls are not yet available in the provisioning module.
