Person lifecycle options

It would be nice to add some options to the person lifecycle for notifications. For instance the option to attach it to business rules (now every contract gets the pre- on/offboarding mails). Also the option to set multiple moments. For instance 30 days prior and 7 days prior to offboarding a notification.

It will be a very nice feature, if you can configure which source system the lifecycle mail will be send. We got multiple source system for diffrent companys / use cases.

We have more than one source system and would like to send a pre-offboarding message to the manager but then only for certain source systems or maybe even filter deeper within that source system for a select group of user types.

I might be misinterpreting, but can't you just create a PowerShell Target system and create a Business Rule to grant the entitlement for that action at the specific moment?
