Option to always run evaluation&enforcement if import/snapshot fails

When scheduling an import I would like to have the option to always run the evaluation and enforcement even if the import or snapshot fails.
Now when a import or snapshot fails the evaluation and enforcement is not executed and we have the risk that accounts are not enabled in time with the correct entitlements and accounts are not disabled in time.
This is a real life scenario that happend this morning.

Just for clarification: you want to (evaluate and) enforce on possible incomplete data?
I understand that you would like to enforce the part that has come through already, although this seems very risky too. How do you know in what state exactly your environment is in? How would you mitigate that risk? (To be curious)

@Niels Ballemans: No, I want to evaluate and enforce on the data that is already present and is not updated because of the failed import. As far as I know, the import is successful or unsuccessful and the data is only updated with a successful import.
