Insufficient log data available to help solve errors

The standard log data does not help much in finding the cause of processing errors that are reported. For example: the log only repeats an error message like 'Failed to update account', without disclosing any additional information. Log should help pinpoint the issue, i.e. by showing the erronious field name at the very least.

Guido Appels I think what you're searching for is something we call process logging instead of audit logging. Audit logging only tracks what is done with a longer history (with the purpose of auditors) and processing logging goes more into detail what has happend in the action more details but it's lifetime is shorter. You can find the processing logging in the details of an entitlement in your case the account entitlement of that person. Please check this documentation where to find the entitlement details: https://docs.helloid.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012575879-Work-with-enforced-entitlement-results#2.1. Hopefully this will help you.

Rick van den Dijssel: Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I do however believe that this process logging you refer to via the support documentation link is the logging option shown in my screenprint. Or perhaps you could pinpoint more exactly where the process logging data can be found in the documentation - I don't mind reading books and documentation but this is a lot to take in as a simple user ;-)
