Configure BR's by unique values of attributes

We would like to have another overview of configured business rules which focusses more on the unique values of a single or multiple attributes. With this it should be easier to configure for example the permissions for each department, title or combination of both. Because this is now defined in seperate business rules it’s a lot off clicking to accomplish this. Therefore we would like to have a view which is generated based on some configuration and the current business rules.

I would like to have an Advanced Business Rule that allows me to call upon a table of entitlements (for instance per department code have a table which specifies the AD groups for that department code). This will make possible quick and easy entry of a current authorization matrix, and ability to do mass updates where needed. By staying within the 1 BR this will allow easier maintenance and reduce time clicking in the GUI. To be used for simple but somewhat larger rule sets.
