Conditional pre-onboard and pre-offboard events support

Can we support conditional event for the pre-onboard and pre-offboard events
This way we can send a pre-offboard mail for each company. In example:
If someone leaves for company1, we send the pre-offboarding company1 mail, and if someone leaves company2, we send the pre-offboarding mail for company2.

This would be a great feature! Its strange that we have this option for all other events except for the on/off-boarding. We could really use this since we manage multiple organizations in 1 tenant.

We would like this as well. But for our instance we would like to setup an off-boarding email that targets specific sites? For instance, when a teacher leaves School A, the email would notify the admin staff and technology team at School A, but not those at School B. The email would serve as a reminder to collect the teacher’s device, ensuring it is returned to the appropriate tech team.

I'd like to add another example when this is needed. In a school I want to send a pre-offboard notification to employees, but not (that same message) to students. For example, it is very strange to ask students to come to HR for an exit interview. In the way it is available right now, I am not able to use it at all. Almost all of our customers would like to use this functionality, but only one does (they have no students in HelloID, only employees).
