Business Rule - Preboarding timeframe condition needed

It would be useful to have a condition to indicate the start of a contract.
Now we can only set x "days before start" and x "days after end"
A proposal for a x "days after start" for instance.
The goal is to remove a certain AD group on the onboarding day or even a week after the onboarding. To add/remove access to certain platforms/resources.

Aaron Helin did you try negative numbers like -90? If you do this the line should change to Days after start. Will this help in your usecase?

Thanks for thinking along and your help on this matter.
Interesting to know about the usage of negative numbers,
I'm afraid it doesn't povide a solution for us,
I want to get to a condition:
x days before start & x days after start.
So new starters get access to resources that can be taken away on the day of start, or even a week after they started.
The result should be a group with a small number of users.
