As a user, I want to identify groups of people who share the same set of conditions (i.e., identical attribute values such as Department, Title, etc.) and have similar entitlements (at least 80% overlap within the group).
This will allow us to easily identify similarities between the source and target systems and generate suggestions for business rules that can be configured in HelloID based on currently assigned permissions (entitlements).
Specifications:
  • Up to five person/contract attributes can be selected for the calculation.
  • Only AND combinations are calculated — for example, Department alone, or Department AND Title.
  • A minimum group size can be specified (e.g., at least X people per group). Groups smaller than this threshold are excluded from calculations to improve performance and reduce clutter in the report.
  • Multiple target systems (only PSv2 and Built-in AD) can be selected for comparison.
  • Entitlements (person–permission combinations) assigned by report entries with a higher score can be filtered out to minimize clutter and focus on the most relevant data.
This feature requires the Governance module license.
