API for importing Business Rules

Provide an API to mass import business rules. Clients will usually have a mapping for department or job title to specific entitlements. Entering these manually can be a lot of work. Using an API to import (or even from CSV) will allow customers to quickly get started

Definitely a needed feature.

In the absence of an API, a simple JSON blob import/export in the web interface would also be useful. You could download your ruleset and make quick edits in a text editor. Or programmatically edit it or generate a new one with your language of choice. That would also allow you to backup/restore rules.

Yes, 1000+ rules is not exceptional. This is very annoying to perform manually.

Would definitely need this for converting UMRA/IAM/custom installations to HelloID Provisioning. I would suggest no CSV import, format config would be hard, but an API to create them so you can write your own import routine and logic.
