Add the ability for string replacements in notifications

I would like to be able to replace strings in Notification Variables - For example to replace true with yes or one or more strings with some other. Currently you have to use the Field Mapping in the Target - Sometimes its easier to do it in the Mail then to add a field to copy a field for better readability

Rick van den Dijssel For me it would mostly be the account create and account update notifications in provisioning.
Most common would be to translate English Words to German like Yes/Ja No/Nein or the same for True/False - Other Words depend on the Source System.
I would not need to change too frequently since it's like a notification - once it's running you only change it if some texts don't fit any more.
An idea would be a translate table where we could add string pairs and add a "|| Translate" to the Variable String - or something like that
