In the Manage Portal there is an Agent Dashboard from where you can see and install an agent. It seems that only one of the three agent services are displayed here. As an administrator it would be very helpful if the status of all three agent services is showed here, making it more intuitive and quicker to see what is going on with the underlying services.
The agent should have a red icon if only one of the services is non-responsive. Now often the agent states a green icon while one or more services are down.
