Once in a while we get a notification from HelloID stating the following:
HelloID Incident: Agent '<Server Name>' is down
Since we are not able to look at it right away it might sometimes takes up to an hour to check the agent manually and we always see that the agent is up and running.
T4E has stated that the polling for agent status is 5 mins. When the agent has not responded in 5 minutes an incident will be created.
My request is:
  • Can we set this polling time higher or lower in the feature?
