Release 2026.10

Preview changes 2026.10

Provisioning
  • Changed behaviour when editing a business rules. Normally a condition change triggered the preview persons in scope to refresh. Because we want to increase the business rules limit we have to change this behaviour. For a refresh of the preview persons in the scope of the rule you now have to refresh it manually. A search will also automatically refresh the persons in scope.
  • Custom field names must be unique (case-insensitive). After the release we check if the value is case-insensitive unique which was case-sensitive. This means that you cannot get two fields with the same name which could cause issues in Powershell target because Powershell is case-insensitive.
Service Automation
  • End of Life: Product Ownership API Endpoints. As of the 2026.10 release, the Product Ownership API endpoints will reach End of Life (EOL). This means these endpoints will no longer be available and any integrations relying on them will cease to function. As an alternative, customers should migrate to the Product Assignment API endpoints, which provide the supported replacement functionality.
  • Filter product requests by task status. With this feature, we will add a Task Status filter, making it easier for users and administrators to find product requests based on the status of their executed tasks. This provides better visibility into successful, pending, or failed product actions and helps administrators identify requests that may require attention.
