Use a transparent PNG as company icon

It would be very useful to be able to upload a transparent company icon.
It can blend in with the portal background color as well as the Provisioning email background color.
At the moment any uploaded company is converted to a JPG which doesn't support transparency.
Weird, because the default (ID) icon is a PNG.

Nice feature! It would also be nice if a wide company logo is supported. Now only a square logo is supported or the logo will be cropped.
