Additional SAML metadata information

Please add the following information to the SAML metadata. This simplifies the configuration for applications. Some of the options have been requested by vendors. In the case of the SingleLogoutService, some vendors require that field to be in the metadata to upload, despite it not being a required field in the specification

This was a widely impacting issue the last few days as the SP updated their encryption certificate requiring all customers to modify their connection. Each of these took support intervention to resolve.
