Ability to disable camera for specific IDP's

It would be beneficial to have the ability to not show the camera for AD Agent login or Local Login, but instead just have the QR Code IDP available on "Show other methods" (login selector). Having the camera showing with the username/password fields cuts of on a Chromebook.

Client stated that their staff had the same concerns that we, or the tech team, were "Spying" on them. The ability to choose which IDP has the QR login enabled would be helpful.

We have teacher and student users that are saying they feel violated because of the camera. Even with re-assurance they are worried that they are being recorded. If we had an option to only have the camera after selecting "Show other methods" I think we could address the user's concerns with this matter.
